I purchased a SDHC R4i v1.4 card from dinodirect and a 4GB microSDHC Card from like Bestbuy I think. I am not sure what firmware to install onto my SD card. I have tried many different firmwares but for all of them, after I put my R4 and SD card into my DS, the DS says there is no card inserted. Can someone please tell me what firmware I have to download and give me a link to it if possible? Thanks .
First, your going to download this kernal: http://bit.ly/ajZsdT Next, you can make a "Games" folder in the root of the card(when you open the sd card, that is the root) if desired. Then, you can download roms from RomUlation(self-explanitory). Take your roms and put them either in the root or in the desired folder. Some games may not work, that includes Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver, due to some anti-piracy patches.
