    Just as it says.
    I got AB +

Here's a list of how rare your blood type is:

    O + = 1 person in 3 = 38.4%
    O - = 1 person in 15 = 7.7%
    A + = 1 person in 3 = 32.3%
    A - = 1 person in 16 = 6.5%
    B + = 1 person in 12 = 9.4%
    B - = 1 person in 67 = 1.7%
    AB + = 1 person in 29 = 3.2%
    AB - = 1 person in 167 = 0.7%

Those stats differ from country to country and from race to race.
Personally, I don't know my blood type, but most Filipinos have O or A blood type, so maybe from one of those.

Also, why do you (OP) need to know these things?

AFAIK all countries need o- because its the catchall type. Anyone can be given o- without consequences even if it doesn't match their blood type, making it extremely useful in emergencies when the patient's blood type is not known.

    O- is the universal donor.
    AB+ is the universal receiver.

    I'm O+ myself.

No, you have to get your blood typed later in life. At least that's how it is in the US.

It's less of a blood type, and more of a mutation that isn't prominent enough for it to actually be known elsewhere.

I have to wonder about that though, as not once does it mention the Rh factor, which is another key factor in determining blood group.
