I use eachgame.com they accept paypal. You have to register before they come up in the shop search. They send them as a blank cart, seperate sticker, flatpack box and usb adapter. I have never had a problem with anything from them but delivery normally takes about 2 1/2 weeks and theres something on the site about them closing for chinese new year.
