Went over the download speed cap?

    i was downloading Professor Layton and The Diabolical Box and i just noticed that i was exceeding the 150 kb/s cap. Could i get into trouble for that?

    I think that even though there is the limit on download speed, i dont think it is capped unless the server is slowing down the downloads for premium members

    I've seen the european servers uncapped once.
    It's like:

    Please Choose A Download Location

    - North American Server
    - Europe Server (Currently uncapped)

    ...or something like that. I should've make a screenshot of that.

    its an average limit, and some browsers can show higher or lower because of differences in the way they calculate current download speed.

    That said, the EU server is currently limited at 250 due to some bandwidth testing. Same reason it was uncapped as kamuikurou said. I'll go back to normal soon enough.

    I hardly ever even reach the 150 limit anyways... wish I got that lucky.... crap internet connection

    i forgot to tell that that burst only happen when it ends near maybe 50% and up so i just got the thought that loony is wrong
