weird textures with my graphics card

I got my new graphics card (7600GT but you already know) but it's been having these weird edges sticking out of the
walls and holes on some walls which allows me to see through the whole map. and also holes and edges sticking out
of people too. I can't return it because ,I've said this 20 times already, my brother sent it to me and he lives in america.
how can I fix this?

 

can you define the app/game you're trying to run with it? Maybe it's incompatible with your OS?

 

drivers are up to date, graphics are as low as possible

BioShock. I went to can you run it and they said I meet the minimum requirements
