Weird Pop up thing

This pop up or something sort of appeared and its probably my computer's fault but you might want to know just in case.

Haven't seen a pop up like that I was getting a malware alarm from there but it hasn't happened again since I mentioned something to Loony about it via PM. I just figured it was just my computer being an ass again.
