nope, it varies according to the specific ad that is clicked, and its always in the cents range. Also they send it via paypal, but you have to reach a certain minimum amount to qualify for a payout.
Well it's not entirely unheard of that you get $1 from a click, I've gotten $1.45 from a Google adsense click before, it really depends on your niche. I dunno if it's still possible today since it's quite a while since I used it, but it probably is for a few terms still.
It's difficult to make money with a site that doesn't have any visitors, initially you'll need to fund it out of your own pocket, then once, or rather; if you build and audience then you can get some advertising.
good luck with that one... try delivering newspapers or something. Just to give you an idea of how much adsense actually pays you on a low traffic site, I have had it on my website for about 4-5 years and so far have earned $3.70. The minimum payout is $100 so I'm not getting my money any time soon.
