Have you ever noticed that all homebrew sites have horrible interfaces and i have to say that romulations interface is great!
add them for all systems including nds.

But wouldn't that be the same as hosting nds roms? They are hacked nds roms but nds roms all the same I think.

Well I mean the game itself is there isn't there? Even though its hacked the game is still based on a copyrighted game, so the big companies can definately say the homebrews are a copyright infringement.

    Homebrews usually have disclaimers.

And stuff like emulators are "free" from this stuff.

They are made with the intent that you dumped the roms onto it yourself, roms are illegal, emulators ARE legal.

Even those "ports" of games like doom for gba..made with the intent of you supplying the core data from purchased games.

As for copy right infringement, most companies overlook this stuff...like "staying alive", a 2-D port of "PORTAL" for the ds.

    Hacked games though, thin line...

romU...is about the roms...MOST are gone, BUT not all.

For those who don't know what homebrew is:

Homebrew is a game, application, or file of some sort that is in a format to run on generally a commercial console of some sort. It rarely infringes on copyright except for patches made for official games. Homebrew is fully legal.

Also, not needed here. A good site has already been given.
