does the WCD patcher v. 1.43b beta work on the English versions of heart gold and soul silver? and if it doesn't work can you please tell me how can i make it work on the English versions but if i can't make it work do you know any other program that can send wonder card files to the English version of heart gold and soul silver. thanks
