I know how to get those videos on your DS, but I can't find a good DPG-Converter.
Can someone give me a useful site to download it?

batchdpg definatley, it allows you to set the res and fps and quality of the files and it works

batch dpg is by far the best, every other recommendation is inferior ;D
But really why watch things on a DS? Unless of course you got one of those whopping 8-16 GB cards

BatchDPG is the best, but the standard encoder that comes with dpgtools is OK too

Does anyone out there using batch have the problem where some of the converted files won't play on the ds and need to be converted from the source again? It seems there a % chance of successfull dpg conversion on Batch.

does anyone here know how to convert dpg movies with the subtitles included? i've got a moonshell dpg converter but when i'm trying to convert a movie subtitles, it doesn't include the subtitles? ???

You mean a movie WITH subtitles? It should do since when you add a subtitle file to a movie, it "stores" in the movie file. Try using BatchDPG or SUPER converter.
