Was this a Good Deal on Boxing Day?

A ACER slim-cased PC for $399.99 on Christmas Season in 2009. Saved $150.

Here are the specs (note: I think this was before the "i" series by Intel was released)

Acer AX4800-E9232 PC with Intel Core 2 Quad Processor @8200
    4GB of RAM
    640GB of HHD Space
    Windows 7 Home Premium.

Web ID: 10131758 on Future Shop.

I didn't care that it was an Acer at that time because I wanted a new PC that was suprisingly inexpensive! And Cheap

Either way, for that price and specs, would this be a good PC to buy at the time?

BTW, it was sold out by 3 p.m. on Boxing Day.
