    You need to patch the rom using IPS patching tool with this file CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD. Name the patching file to the same name as the rom's. If you still have difficulties, ask Cahos Rahne Veloza since he made a topic about VBA emulator and how to fix problematic rom to play on it back in 2008.
