Hello.

If I may get something as a present, I choose a flashcard. The currently ones I have are CRAP.

If I may suggest, please for DSi, 1.4 compatible.

Acekard 2i support Action Replay cheats in .dat, .xml and .cc format. You can select how to use AR cheats by using the build-in editor.

1. Copy AR cheats in .dat or .xml format to /__ak2/cheats. Copy .cc format file to the same directory of file.
2. Press "Y" to popup the editor.
3. Select "Cheat DB file".
4. Select the cheat file.
5. Select "Rebuild".
6. If you have the cheat code of the software then a list window will be shown. You can use "X" and "Y" to enable or disnable them.
7. Press "A" to save your changes and enter software for fun.

Built in "Trimming" Function

AK 2 will start in the folder you last ran software from.
Every file and folder has an icon in front of the name. Softwares will display their icon directly.
Using the simple list view more files will be shown on screen.
You can config the scrolling speed and whether to show the hidden files.
Support soft-reset, Download play and WIFI playing

AK 2 support soft-reset whenever you running a software. You can return to AK 2 menu when you�re running software by just pressing L+R+A+B+Down. You do not need turn off DS to change softwares. You can disable this function in menu.
Directly read TXT files and play MP3 files

I think I pick the Acekard, like the trimming and the other functions.

 

Yes, very,very helpful, especially the built-in auto patcher and built-ion cheat editor.

 

I don't mind cheat editors (I mostly just get the latest cheat file from the net ), but I like the trimming and the auto-patcher as I want to do as minimum at the PC.

 

Same here, due to auto-patching, I've only needed to patch ONE game, out of like the hundreds I've downloaded and played.

 

Heh, I only download a few games (like 20) at a time, if I completed one, I get another.

 

Most the games I download look good, but then I play them and then they turn out to be crap, so I delete them.


But any way, you can buy your AK2i from GameKool for only 15.00 dollars.

 

I don't buy online. I mostly get my flashcards/tools by the nearby store

Acekard2i is the best with akaio firmware

 

Yeah, make sure you put AKAIO on your AceKard, it is the best firmware out there.

 

What makes it for difference..?

 

It has alot better compatibly and such, along with usability.

But the best thing that I've heard of is if you use AKAIO with the official loaders, that is said to work really well.

 

I have an R4 clone and I've only ever patched one game as well. Simply due to the fact I've either waited ages for an update or there isn't an available patch!

I really want a CycloDS or a SuperCard DSTWO.

flash cart that costs less than lunch is a fail investment.
