Voting for ROMs

    Are we supposed to rate the GAME and how fun it was, or the quality of the dump or something?

    There really is no "quality" of a dump, as every copy is the exact same, and is not compressed or modified in any way. You rate the game itself and how fun it is.

    I'll specify that in the text explaining how to rate a game. As a ROM site admin I find it obvious though, it can be hard to put myself in a users place sometimes.
