Hey guys. Do any of you guys know how to set backwards? If so, is there any tips? Where the ball should be? (like behind you a little) How your arms should be? It might be hard to eplain by words but if any of you guys can help me out then thanks =]
well then really backcourt setting is really quite easy, you just have to move back, a little like go in the middle between you and the hitter, (middle guy i suppose) then you just set like you normally do. but then if you were to be setting near the net just volley the ball to the middle and it should be just fine. I might be wrong so correct me if i am, i don't play volleyball, just i was forced on the team, cause of my athletic ability
