Visual Boy Advance on r4

    i had a friend who told me if i put visual boy advance on my r4 and all this folder stuff, gba games would work

    the thing is, visual boy advance doesnt work on my r4

    and it has YS menu

    putting visual boy advance on your R4 won't work, you need an Iplayer flashcart, or an EZ linker i think it was

    well...is there a emulator that will work on r4?

    No. If you use a DS Lite, you're in luck though. As you can buy yourself a Slot-2 cart named EZ Flash v 3 in 1. That allows you to play pretty much all GBA games at normal speed.

    yea...not gonna happen but can i put gba rom sav on the r4 and if i had pokemon, migrate from it?

    Tell your friend they're full of stupid, Visualboy Advance is a PC program. It's like telling you to put Microsoft Word on your R4.

    One of those would allow you to play GBA games on a DS lite but not a DSi. I think it is possible to migrate pokemon using one of those, but it's pretty complicated and I can't remember where to get the patch from.
