I downloaded this thinking it was something else, and Avira has been every 10mins Detection Found!
    Detection Found!

It's mainly located in my temp folder and the folder inside, but when I check all of them, nothings in there.

Also, it screws up Internet Explorer. IE users don't download.

Everytime I quarantine it, the same thing pops up over and over again, in a different folder.

Man, you ARE hosed. My advance would be to back up everything you want to keep and reformat. You're running the risk of your computer being compromised otherwise.

What do you suggest I should do? Malwarebytes failed to find anything.

delete everything in your temp folders and also delete your system restore points. See if that helps.

WOW... Use Malwarebytes, Kaspersky Online Scanner, F-Secure Cleaner, AVAST! Anti-Virus. Scan and clean your PC. If you have importnat files, back them up on a USB drive or External Hard Drive. DO NOT and I MEAN DO NOT burn files onto a Cd/DVD. The virus will spread onto the CD! Scan and Delete. Scan and Clean! Does anyone know what the virus migh be? (Name from Major AV vendors)

oh god how on earth can you come on these many viruses on your PC? Do just download all the crap that you encounter on the Internet ?

Well, it will take centuries to remove all that crap from your PC . I remember that my Windows Registry was invected by a malware. Malwarebytes detected and removed him. But after a week it just came back . These viruses are just deep in your system, it is purely impossible that a virus scanner that could completely remove all the viruses that has detected on a pc. (on my old pc)

What the best thing to do is reinstalling windows , then ALL the viruses are gone an is at least your pc clean. Then run Windows Update end get the lastest SP, an install an A / V (Avira for free, nod32 if you gonna pay, recommended) . Be sure that you use the latest version of your browser, your browser will automatically updated during the windows update.

Installing a load of Antivirus progamm's is totaly hopeless, because during the removal antivirus progamma's wil keep Registry files , and the windows registry is an important part of a windows pc. I will it would pose problems in the future .

Reinstalling Windows is just the best ting you could do ,

These days, viruses are everywhere, hiding, readiy to attack you! Remember Conficker? Yeah, that raised a lot of hell in computers and Microsoft and they are still looking for the maker. That guy foot-printed but they think it;s was from China. No duh, 50% of students in China (on average) what to be hackers when they grow up or are already ones! These days, you can get hacked in like 5 seconds and you would't know what hit you!

or you could run the AV and then use a registry cleaner (CCleaner or AML Registry Cleaner)
