    Did you just double click on the program or did you choose run as admin by right clicking on the program icon?
    You should do the latter method considering you maybe running Win7 or Win8.

    uhm I did what he did in the video just drag the rom and drop it I assumed that was the correct way since it worked for him. Is there some other way to do it? I tried double clicking the .exe but only thing that happens was a little text box pops up also I'm running Windows 7

    A small text box with japanese/chinese writing on it? If that one, just press OK/YES. Then you need to wait until another small box shows up, which basically inform of a successful patch.

    Do remember after extracting the file, you must right click on the DS-SCENE TOOL icon, and run as admin. Otherwise it might crash/hang. That include when you want to update the tool.
