I'm not sure if this is in the right section but I'm looking for a program that can convert each and every frame of a video into a picture format so I can edit it then reconvert it back into a video.
nevermind. I managed to convert the video into alot of frames but now I need help compiling it together and turning it back into an avi. windows movie maker won't work because I've tried it. I need to add a speed up effect to every frame just to make it into a full animation and all the frames still move to fast.
