   im using the SiS
   so....wat type of...'pete' should i get?
   will it effect/damage my pc??
   and where do i get them?

   What emulator and system are you talking about ? N64 ? Nds ?
   Can you please give us more detail before we can help you. And, no , even using a bad plug-in won't damage your pc, at worst the emu will crash I think

   An SiS graphics board? No offence, but they aren't very good. You may get poor results with it
   

   either Pete's soft driver, or Pete's Direct3D driver.
   

   No, it cannot. SonGoku is correct, the worst that will usually happen is the emu will crash. In extreme cases, the display might go funny, but a reboot will cure that.
   

   depends what emulator you are talking about
