ok, well first if anybody could help me out, cause ISP provider cannot understand what the hell is going on here, here is my issue i was updating a pc that im on now and for some unknown reason, my ip address is across the map and i do mean across the map, my ip is being bounced from japan and well i like it but and the same time my sites are being messed with also, here is what i have done so far: 1. cleared & default any LAN-based changes to my router 2. disabled most everything running 3. set my modem directly to my laptop and well, i mean i don't know and my isp is like sir quit playing with us *WTF, why am i playing???* could a torrent program do anything like this??? please help me edit: ok, something i found in one of my programs i use has to proxy off of a japanese server, i found out when talking to my friend so i found the issue with my ip bouncing
