Do you know any bullet hell games for ds? Simlar to 1945 or Ketsui Death Label. Im not interested in horizontal scrollers only vertical ones.
No official bullet hell type games. But there is a homebrew one I played... BulletGBA/Vulkanon http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=1462 http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=1463 Both are gba shooters-but they are exactly what you want-hard as well. (need a slot 2 card to play them for gba mode games-best I can come up with ) Also-while it's a vertical shooter-try metal slug 7 or contra 4-awsome challenges-requires some skills XD (Beating contra 4 with dying once was hard enough on normal-let alone hard without dying on the first stage!)
There's Nanostray. It's a 3D shooter and I think it's a pretty decent game. Oh, it's not a bullet hell but it's hard to dodge the enemy attacks sometimes if you don't know their patterns.
The first one is closer to prefferance I reckon. The second was much easier. I think...All I know is one of the 2 is hard-the other isn't... Oh-SPACE INVADERS EXTREME! Get it-classic action XD (sorry-not many games to think of....just using the hard shooters XD)
Got Space Invaders extreme 1 and 2, metalslug too. Nanostray is decent, but I want those wicked japanese 2D hardcore action. Raiden, Giga Wing and ikaruga. Vulkanon looks good.
You unleash bullet hell in Bangai-O Spirits. It's very difficult. Though it's not exactly a Vertical Shooter.
I dreamed about Touhou for DS, BIG THANKS tehuber1337!!!! I have Geometry Wars(Awsome) and Bangai(Awsome) but my hunger is still BIG!
hmm if you dont mind playing a hybrid made of both RPG Tatics game and Bullet hell. i assume that you're going to at least enjoy a little Knights in the Nightmare.
