vba bios please help

    awile back i tried to use the vba link system and selected it as bios and now i cant save my game files
    > empty
    empty
    empty
    like that so i need help anyone know how to fix it

    Probably can't be found. Are they still named the same as the ROM (.sav,.sgm etc.)?

    i usualy dont rename them and where should i be able to axess them from im my folders when i select bios it only
    shows gba winrar and folder files
