Vandal Hearts II Issue

I downloaded VH2 from this site, burned it to CD, and tried to run it on ePSXe v1.6. It didn't work on either the CD or the .bin file. Just a black screen. Any help would be appreciated.

 

what software did u use to burn or because it requires somthing like alcohol 120% to burn those .img file or others properly for the playstation to regconize and since u already downloaded the game and you have the emulator why bother burning into a disk to play and as for the emulator if u burn the game into cd using the software mention above or any other that works with it might be the setting wiht your emulator on the cd plugin.But really why burn the game into a cd when u can just put the iso file into the emulator and kick off with it ~.~?

 

I put all the games I get here on CDs so that I can play them on my laptop when I'm out and about. My laptops HD isn't very big, and figured CDs are the best way to save space for me. I used MagicISO to burn it to the CD. I also converted the .bin to an ISO but that didn't work either. I'll go through some of the plugin settings I've got and see if that works.

 

Upgraded to 1.7 and no problems.

 

wow if that is the case then you will have to carry quite a lot of cd with you right lol glad to know it work what laptop are you using anyway??
