using VPN

    I have a question about VPN. if I were to use a VPN from here to america, would it affect other computers currently on my network? I have a broadband modem with a wi-fi extension to it and was wondering if I use VPN, could it also affect my dad who is currently surfing?

    depends where the end of the tunnel is. If its your router, then possibly, if its your computer then no.
