could i use my laptop as a wireless network bridge for my ps2(or any other game console)? like use a Ethernet cord hook one end in a ps2 and the other end I'm my laptops Ethernet port? will that give my ps2 internet connection? note: I'm running windows vista home premium
you would need a special type of ethernet cable to do this; easier just to plug the PS2 straight into the router.
i figered it out i pluged one end of the ethernet cord in my ps2 and the other end in my laptop ethernet port. after that i went to my network connections and selected the lan connction and my wifi connection, then right clicked on them and clicked bridge. after that the connectinos wore bridged and my ps2 got internet connection.
