What type of reader are you using for your MicroSD card?

You probably need to uninstall the device, then try to reinstall it. Right click on the "My Computer" icon and click "Properties" then click on the Hardware tab, then click on Device Manager. Find the device, it will probably have a Yellow Triangle (like a Yeild Sign) on it. Right Click and choose Uninstall. Unplug the device from your computer.

At this point you probably should reboot your computer just to be fresh, but you don't have to.

Now plug the device back in, and try to let windows reinstall the new found hardware.
