US server and new download interface

    Just noticed the new interface and was wondering why do the download speeds constantly change?

    Also the US server seems to be down for me.

    I think it has to do with how many people are downloading at that time.

    I noticed that in the early mornings (for my time) are faster and when everyone gets off work/school, then the download speeds are slower.
