Nevermind: Fix'd... @Yoshi everything, EVERYTHING with a .exe file was opening in Notebook. Turned out that I'd messed up the Registry or something like that. Mods, could you delete this topic? I posted it in a panic.
Right click on it. Go to properties. Where it says "Opens with:" X program. Hit change and change it to what you want it to open with. Hit apply when you're done.
