Not always Megaupload. It can be Rapidshare. But if you want Megaupload, register an account, then login, then just type www.megaupload.com again, and there should be an uploader.

hmm.. for that, you'll have to consult someone familiar with that. All you asked is how to Upload, I would imagine you already have the games on the PC.
