It would be better if there was an upload service where you could trade your game iso,s for points! ;D
^ but you don't "earn" points the only method I know of is by submitting screen shots for the download section, but Loony or someone checks them out to see if they conform to the rules. As for submitting ROM dumps that you personally created, that RomU doesn't have, you might get credit for doing the work, but as for earning points for it I doubt it. You can however, donate money and thus become a premium member receive more points per day than a regular member.
