Updating AK2i Cheat DataBase.

Hey everyone!

So I downloaded SS and a translation patch and am very happy. The only problem is that there is no way I can get the other starters. So I though "O.K. I just just update the cheat database and the use the Pokemon Modifier Code(or related code) to get them"

So I went and downloaded the latest cheat database and extracted the files. But when I put the .DAT files in the "cheats" folder on my MircoSD and went to enable that cheat.... but it said "no cheats found in database" so I changed to the different .DAT file and the same thing happened.

So, If any one could help me that would be great. I will post pictures of the extracted files and my "cheats" folder to make it easy.

Run it and open the cheats database file.
Check to see if the game even has an entry.

If it does, since you patched the game, you will have to change the Game ID.
Click the "..." next to the Game ID and select the patched rom and it will automatically load the Game ID of the patched rom.

If it doesn't have an entry, then you will need to find some AR codes and add the game to the list and add the AR Codes.

Chetas work fine with KazoWar's Soul Silver V7, though i'll try TirithRR method on Rykin122"s V8 Heart Gold. Using AKAIO 1.5.1, acekard 2i & latest cheat database.

 

Hmm, well I'm using a different patch, I got it from GBATemp, you think that could be the problem?

 

If you're talking about Watarukun's (Magnius) patch it was also working until i swapped to KazoWar's Soul Silver and Rykin122"s Heart Gold.

 

The cheats were, how did you get them do work if they did?
