Update for red boxed R4i.

I've just been on to the site for my R4i (www.r4i-sdhc.com) and noticed that there was a new update. I was very excited and downloaded it straight away.

My problem now is that it isn't read by any ds. When I tried it in my DS lite, it came up with a 'Please upgrade the hardware for support latest firmware'. So I tried it in my DSi. The 'error has occurred' appeared again.

This isn't a 'what do I do now' topic, more of a 'test this out yourself and see if im going mad or not' topic.
It's also a warning for those waiting for R4i to update.
If anyone does figure out how to get it working, I'd love it if you could let me know please!

Just downgrade the firmware.

you got a clone fake that they did me too use 106b firmware and get patched roms to play some new ones.i have same cart they ripped poeple off and there new 1.4 r4i sdhc is a rip off too alot of roms dont work so get a acekard2i they work fine .try not let them sell you a fake acekard2i ask around wuts best online real carts.
