All the SNES ROMs have "unknown" as their region on the list. I was downloading SNES ROMs yesterday and all the games had a region associated with them. I get on today and all it has for every ROM is "?". I checked the lists for NDS, GBA, Wii, and Playstaition 1&2, and they have regions associated with the files. Only seems to be for the SNES.

Because our SNES archive contains every region of the game and we don't have a region for everything. I'm still undecided if I should just set the region to US or figure out something else.

simply label them multi region and add a small description you are not downloading a single rom but a pack of them.

Problem is that's not simply. That's changes to a system which doesn't have the ability. I'd have to code in a multi region and figure out which flag to use and such. I already don't have much time to work on things. I think next time I'm in the database I'll just set them all to USA region.

i guess ii'll leave a comment on all SNES roms that says multi region (as in the DL page comments section)

Regional designations for ROMs for older systems like the SNES are meaningless since you'll most likely be playing them on an emulator.

What you DO NEED to look for with ROMs for these older systems is if the ROMs are certified "Good Dumps", "overdumps", "bad dumps", LoROM, HiROM, interleaved or deinterleaved.
