unknown network error

    Hi all
    I have just paid to become premium but cannot download anything? The downloads will start then fail with an unknown network error.
    I have 40meg fibre optic and frequently download from other sites without an issue.

    Does anyone know what might be goin on?

    are you downloading via a download manager or just your normal browser?
