Previously if a download failed I was able to restart the download within 72 hours without having to reuse the points again. I started to get Metroid Prime Trilogy and was unable to finish before the download was cut off, I now go back less than 24 hours later to find that I need another 7782 to be able to retry the download. Here is the quote from the site's getting started section that details the 72 hour grace period. Points are removed from your account as soon as you begin your download. The point use for that file will then be set to zero for 72 hours, enabling you to redownload the file in case of a broken download or interrupted transfer. You can, however, always resume a download at no point use and therefore we recommend always using a download manager capable of resuming. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
