Unable to play game on R4

Hi, I downloaded Sonic & Segas all Stars Racing on R4. When I access the game on DS it says Game Loading then it shows a blank screen.
What do I need to do?

try the ys menu,it might work

 

Sometimes with the YSmenu, it may not work though so beware (I have the same problem)

 

Im having the same problem alot of my games are showing black screens. help me somebody. what's the ysmenu

 

Its a program that helps you run games that are usually unplayable (like Zelda Spirit Tracks)
