ubuntu flash problem

    when go to web sites with flash content and thers also drop down list this happens [​IMG] the drop down list gose behind the flash content how do i fix?
    note this is on a live session

    this looks like a problem with the layering on the site, does it happen on other sites?

    its probably an old version of firefox/flash player

    ubuntu wont let be update firefox or any of the addons

    It's not just a problem with Ubuntu, flash always places itself on top if possible.
