Tyrogue can evolve into one of three pokemon: Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, or Hitmontop
Mankey evolves into Primeape

As for which is better... Personally, I choose Tyrogue. That way, you can choose which pokemon you'd eventually get based on your strategy and play-style

I forgot but i think it has to do with the stats when you reach a certain level, if none are raised i think it becomes hitmontop, if attack hitmonchan i think or hitmonlee, could be speed, i forgot but i think its based on stats when you reach a level

You have to have a good grasp of EV training if you're aiming for one it's evolutions.
Although... another , more expensive way, is to use the Vitamins to change it's stats accordingly when you train it.

All you really have to do is use a few of the vitamins, i don't think they are hugely expensive

 

ATTACK = DEFENSE YESH HITMONTOP YESSSH!

 

You have to remember that those stats can change when you level up, either from EVs or the Nature of the pokemon.
