[TUTORIAL]How To Bring You AK2i Back from the DEAD!

Hello Every one;

If you were running a AK2i update to make you AK2i work with you DSi 1.4 and your DS lost power during the update or something like that and now NONE of you DS/DSi systems recognize your AK2i, then this is a guide for you.

You Will Need:
-A DS or a DSi that is running a firmware lower than 1.4
-This update file:AK21 Update
-And another flashkard(I will use my old R4DS in this tutorial)

To start backup your MicroSD card and then format it using this card formatter

Like So:


Once you have backuped and formatted your card you will need to put firmware for your other card on the TF card.(This will vary depending on the card you will be using)

Now make a new folder entitled "Games" and put the AK2i update file inside:


Now put the flashkart you will be using into your DS or DSi:


And Run The Update:


When it says to eject the card and reinsert it do this:
Take your current flash cart out:


Then take the MircoSD out of you current card and put it in the AK2i. And put the AK2i in your DS:


Now follow the rest of the on screen instructions, DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR DS UNTIL TOLD TO DO SO!!!!!

Now, take the MircoSD out of the AK2i and put it in your computer and open up the files:


And format it like you did earlier. Now put all the AK2i firmware files and your games back on:


Put the AK2i in your DS/DSi and enjoy!
