[tutorial] formating to FAT32 on mac os x 10.4.11

    to format any USB to FAT 16 or 32 simply follow this route:

    Macintosh HD>Aplications>Utilitiy>disck Utility> select erase> now you should have some choice, but what you need is to slec format to system files MS-DOS if you wanna fat 32, if it is to FAT 16 then select MS-DOS FAT 16.
