Trying to run FF IX on ePSXe

    I'm having a bit of trouble. The game starts fine, plays the opening cinematic great first text dialog works goes to the first battle screen and WTF my battle menus are not there?! I can hear it beeping in selection but I can't see it. Any help?

    u might want 2 try to find the patched version of final fantasy IX because when my zelda spirit tracks was missing gearbox i look 4 patch version and it works great.

    Try using ePSXe 1.5.2
    Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9
    Nice Default settings
    FF9 related game fixes enabled (mostly battle swirl, I believe)

    (And no, this isn't the same as the Zelda anti-piracy issues) :)
