Trying to patch Tales of Innocence

I d/l the (J) rom of the game..and even went to the site (absloute zero ) and d/l the patcher..Didnt even open when I clicked on it to run it. Window popped open for a sec then closed. Any ideas on how to get this patched or where to d/l another patcher. Think the 1 form absolute zero was xdelta. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

How to apply Tales of Innocence patch (hopefully foolproof):

[*]Download CLEAN Tales of Innocence rom: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7JPJUYP4
[*]Extract xDelta, Patch, and Rom folders.
[*]Rename "toi.dat" to "toi.xdelta".
[*]Open xDelta UI
[*]Enter toi.dat into PATCH box.
[*]Enter CLEAN Tales of Innocence rom into SOURCE FILE box.
[*]Select OUTPUT FILE, enter a location and namefor the patched rom. (Add .nds to the end for the file extension)
[*]Patching Complete

How much of the game is translated, (only menus, or dialog too)

 

All of it is translated. Even the opening theme song.

 

sweetness, I will love this game as long as its not a sidescroller. I've played a little Tales of Symponia and Tales of Abyss, if this game is anything like those it should be AWESOME. Thanks for the translation link all the links I tried before said deleted/invalid file.

 

Its saying when I try to patch Tales of Innocence thatI need to installl .Network 2.0 onto my pc....Will this harm my pc settings to add this? I 'm not sure Ive ever had to addd anything to patch? Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks meganova..d/l it, ran it, pathced the rom and then just uninstalled the program..Lot easier than expected. Appreciate the assistance on this.

It's a LOT like Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss. I forgot the name of the battle system style...It's not like Tales of Phantasia and Tales of Hearts.

 

yep it is an awesome game also i lol'd at the theme song some of the text is backwards. It would have been hilarious if the people who translated this voiced over the game themselves. Although I am finding that when I switch off Luca he does cool things that I can't seem to do but whatever, Coda will tell me later probably. Thanks for the help.

can any one post a pre converted patch file, im on mac i tried switchign to xdelta, but it ended as .xdelta.dat

i can run the patcher due to cross over 9 having the option to isntall NET framework 2.0 or 3.0

 

Absolute Zero requested on their release page that pre-patched versions not be hosted.

*facepalm* read my post im not asking for a pre patched, its for a pre modified .dat, made onto .xdelta, but i fixed the problem already, also the patcher does not works, its buggy, and it will be leaving support for 10.4 and 10.5 soon
