Trying to get the Zelda game to run with R4i on my DSi ...

    Can anyone advise if there's a fix or procedure to get that Zelda game (Phantom Hourglass perhaps? Can't recall exactly...) to run with my R4i chip/8 gig microSD card and new DSi? It starts.. then goes black.. that's it.. strange.. 50+ other games are fine.. however.. and unfortunately.. this is the one I'd really like to try out. I've already attempted 2 other re-downloads to no avail ..

    Hello frbjeffj,
    Hopefully you can tell me which software you're running on your R4i, can't seem to get mine working at all. Cheers.

    Simple... I just went to the site: www.r4i-sdhc.com and downloaded the latest rar file, extracted to my 8 gig microSD that I formatted with the panasonic formatter app.. then created a games/movies/pictures/music folder and loaded the nds files into /games.. works fine. I believe the version I have is: R4-i English v1.09b Date:[2009-7-16]

    The Common Issues would say to update to the latest firmware. http://www.linfoxdomain.com/ds/
