tryed everything (literally) and cannot get themes working

    ive contacted someone and gone over EVERYTHING there is about themes to try and get it working...
    im using a r4ds cart and its authentic, my firmeware is kernel 1.18 and my sd card is a microsd 2gb.
    i have read the sticky about themes, it didnt help.

    here is the path to me theme folder just to show everyone what i have done..

    music
    games
    English
    _DS_MSHL.NDS
    _DS_MENU.SYS
    _DS_MENU.DAT


    moonshl
    _system_


    Thumbs.db
    themes
    gbaframe.bmp
    ebook
    CHEAT.DAT


    theme01
    theme02
    theme03
    theme04
    theme05
    theme06
    theme07
    theme08
    theme09
    theme10
    theme11
    theme12

    all the theme folders contain the defult themes except the first one which contains:

    theme.ini
    logo.bmp
    icons.bmp
    gbaframe.bmp
    bckgrd_2.bmp
    bckgrd_1.bmp

    please help, i will take any suggestions

    Do you also know that you have to press select to change the themes?
