trouble with the BIOS page for Saturn SSF

I have been playing some games with the SSF emulator and it's been working adequately; however, I can't get the Saturn BIOS screen to function properly. I'm not sure whether I'm missing some special BIOS file or what the deal is, because the emulator plays games fine as long as they are only 1 disk long and there is no need to swap "virtual" disks. I just finished the first disk of Panzer Dragoon Saga and I am dying to play the rest of it, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! ;D
