trouble with r4 card

    Hi my son got an r4 card for christmas. I have just tried to download 'Tim Power Poiceman' for him but am getting the message on his NDS Saying something like..... 'cannot load please remove the r4 card and reinsert' Can someone tell me what i have done wrong or if there is something else i need to do.

    Do what it says. If it doesn't work blow the metal pieces of the DS card and then the micro sd card and reinsert. If all else fails reinstall the firmware. (I presume you did install the firmware)
