Trouble running Rapid Reload on epsxe 1.7.0

Finally go tthe rom d/l Rapid Reload (Gunner's Heaven in Japanese) and while it does load and I can hear the game. I get a blakc screen while trying to play. I messed w/ the options..and such. No luck. Any help or ideas on this one. Hoping someone out here has this game and can let me know what I need to do. Any help is much appreciated.

Try changing the graphics plug-in.

 

I am currently toying w/ them..when on Petes OpenGL Driver 1.76 I get sound/no pic..Ive tried like 3 others so far..and no luck
yet..What a process...lol Any other recommended ones of the list thay usually work?

 

Not that I know of.
There are other plugins you can use, but I'm not sure where or what to use. The ones provided have always worked for me.

 

No worries ace...I d/l a controller plug in for PSXeven (SSSPSX controller plugin) and can run it thru PSXeven. I havent tested it out on epsxe 1.7.0 yet. Thanks for the assist and reply.

Well, it's not hurt to do some searching.

@houston : have you tried the Nice settings?

 

Nice settings? I'll need a clue on those meganova..lol What are they?

 

The default "nice" settings.
there's a nice button on that plugin configuration no ?

 

You can see the 'Nice' button on the lower left of your video plugin configuration.

 

When that is iused ..does it set according to ur pc specs or just a normal set up that usually works?

 

It automatically configure the plugin to the default well...."nice" looking.
If your PC is strong enough it shouldn't be a problem.

And the "nice" settings usually works in most games.

Else, you can try the "fast" one.
