Trouble downloading multi-part PSX roms, please help.

    When I try to download a multi-part rom (which are in rar files) Bitzipper tries to open each file, but can't seem to open the rar file. Possible reasons:

    1. Bitzipper can't open these kinds of multipart rom rar files.
    2. The download isn't Internet Explorer compatible.
    3. I'm doing something wrong.

    Can someone please help me out? I can't play any PSX roms such as FFVII (which is multipart on most rom sites) with this problem.

    I need a quick reply because tomorrow will probably be my last day on the internet for a while. I'm moving to a new house and we have to wait for our Internet to be installed and I am going over to my cousin's house to sleepover while my parents move all my video games.

    EDIT: Actually, can you please wait until 10:00 PM EST to reply? I'm trying something out and if it works I'll ask to delete the topic.

    you need winrar or 7-zip to open them, and don't allow anything to open them until you have downloaded all the parts. Save them to disk, then open.

    That's what i was trying a moment ago. I figured out that I needed 7-Zip (which I already have because I was trying to open a full fanmade game called Mortal Kombat Project and you needed that to open it.)
    I save each part to my desktop, and once I have all the parts saved, open part 1 with 7-zip and begin extracting.

    Your help is appreciated Loonylion :) Now I can get the rom tonight.
