    I remember the farther you psuh yourself, the more your muscle fibers rip, and the more they rip, the longer you rest, when rest is over, the stronger your muscles are >.>

    seriously, if you want to loss weight, just play the dancing game in the arcade, you get a full body workout without even knowing it.

    Hey winterr, got any tips on getting those hardrock abs? I'm relatively fit, got the arms, the chest but the abs are the problem. Damn thing got no shape.

    solus you want the abs of steel? go to a gym and get a trainer.....

    That's not necessary believe me. My friend doesnt go to gyms at all and he have six packs.

    then he does some work outs at home, you can be amazed at what wide armed push-ups can do..

    then why dont you ask him then......getting those steel of abs isnt easy work, you need alot of desciplin....unless you are a contraction worker...my friend who is a contraction worker have a great body who people spend year to get in the gym....

    Think I didnt? He say he dont know as well.. Besides I think Im pretty much ripped for my size. Just those darn abs wont show.

    Hey Solus, I've got 6 pack abs and I'm only 14 :) To get them, I don't take any diets or anything, I just do about 500 pressups a day.. Not sure if this is right for you though.

    you mean push up? What's a press up..? And what kind of diet are you following?
